You will be given immediate access to the registration form and payment system on THIS PAGE, where you can complete your conference registration and book a hotel room at the conference venue.
*Please note that you will need to create a new account for registration, as the abstract submission and conference registration systems are separate.
Professional (Academic) Registration*
Early registration (before April 18): $780
Regular registration (before May 30): $980
On-site registration: $1080
* Professional registration includes tickets to welcome reception, daily lunch, and banquet, but NOT an excursion ticket.
Student Registration (for undergraduate or graduate students only)**
Early registration (before April 18): $500
Regular registration (before May 30): $580
On-site registration: $680
** Student registration includes tickets for welcome reception and daily lunch, but NOT banquet or excursion tickets.
Cancellation Policy
All requests for cancellations must be submitted in a written form (electronically) to [email protected]. Cancellation before May 16, 2025 will be refunded 50% of the total registration fee. The refund will be made after the conference. There will be no refund for any cancellation after 16 May 2025 or no-shows.
