- If you need VisaAfter your registration, we will send you a Letter of Invitation. Participants who need a visa should apply directly to the Korean embassy or consulate in their own country.
- If you need K-ETANationals from visa-free countries/regions need to obtain K-ETA approval in advance to board a flight or ship bound for the Republic of Korea. You can apply for K-ETA via website, with the application fee of 10,000 KRW. This is the one and ONLY official website operated by the government of the Republic of Korea. Be aware of fake agency sites with similar names to the official Korean government site charging high fees.
Please note that K-ETA is temporarily exempted to the 22 countries/regions listed below from Apr. 1, 2023 to Dec. 31, 2025 (it is extended from Dec. 31, 2024). • Asia : Hong Kong, Japan, Macao, Singapore, Taiwan • Americas : Canada, USA (including Guam) • Europe : Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Spain, Sweden, UK • Oceania : Australia, New ZealandAlso, K-ETA is not required for visa-free travelers who are 17 years old or younger, and 65 years old or older. If you do not have to apply for a K-ETA, there will be a pop-up message that appears during the K-ETA application. However, if you wish to benefit from K-ETA application, such as skipping the entry form, you can apply for K-ETA and the fee will be charged.
Invitation Letter for Visa ApplicationAn invitation letter for Visa application can be requsted from your registration page. Please be advised that the invitation letter will be issued only upon your completion of payment.
Airport InformationThere are two airports in Seoul – Incheon International Airport (ICN) and Gimpo International Airport (GMP).
- Incheon International Airport (ICN)There are various flights connecting various countries/regions at ICN. However, Incheon International Airport is located a little far from Seoul. To get to the conference venue from the airport, you may need to take Airport Bus (Bus No. 6200), Airport Railroad or taxi.
- Gimpo International Airport (GMP)Although only the flights connecting nearby countries/regions are available, Gimpo International Airport is located in Seoul and it provides easy access to the conference venue. Gimpo International Airport is directly connected to Seoul subway (Gimpo Airport station) where you can get to the conference venue by subway Line 9.
